Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $CA 40 fee.

 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Refund Policy

Full refund can be issued if cancellation of your appointment is done before 24hrs of it. Preference is for rescheduling.

There is no refund policy for past sessions.
